The two-ish weeks following the announcement that Bad Bunny will headline the Super Bowl LX halftime show were yet another reminder that America is on a scary path. But while the right has promised a competing concert that is thus far without performers or a venue, other Americans have taken it on themselves to learn Spanish, starting with the Puerto Rican hitmaker’s own catalog.

As the videos show, learning a second language in adulthood isn’t easy. But users like @niklaus_miller are soldiering through the syllables, committing the songs to memory in the four months that remain before the Super Bowl.

Others, Chelsea Handler apparently among them, are venturing beyond music in their effort to master a second language.

Though @niklaus_miller claimed to have “learned nothing” in his first video, by his sixth day, he was making progress.

America’s aspiring Spanish speakers will have their moment of truth on Feb. 8, when Bad Bunny takes the stage at San Francisco’s Levi’s Stadium.
