Yung Miami Claims Tyla Took Her Song: ‘B*tch I’m Confused!’
The City Girls rapper claims the South African pop star bit an unreleased track for her upcoming single ‘Chanel.’

Yung Miami won’t be streaming the new Tyla single anytime soon.
In a flurry of tweets Thursday, the City Girls rapper accused the South African pop star of taking inspiration for her upcoming single “Chanel” from Miami’s own unreleased song, presumably titled “Take Me to Chanel.”
“This girl really ran off with my song and ion know how to feel about it mind you I played this song for this girl,” Miami tweeted. “Like…. Bitch I’m confused!”

Fans were quick to remind Miami that she previewed her track months ago, with one tweeting, “Miami that song took you forever to drop.”
“Don’t matter it’s my mf song!!!" Miami shot back.
Tyla, meanwhile, kept things cool and business-minded—using the drama as promo. Instead of responding directly, she tweeted her single’s release date and cover art.
“I love how Tyla moves online," writer @iamntyrell tweeted. "This is a clapback but always in a business savvy fashion. She was ready to go with this.”
“I heard the snippet of Yung Miami song and I heard Tyla’s song, and both songs sound NOTHING alike. I have no idea why Caresha just crashed out like that over the word ‘Chanel’ LMAO,” one X user wrote.
While both artists name-drop the luxury brand, the similarities appear to end there. Tyla’s record leans into her Afropop roots, while Miami’s teaser rides a bouncy trap beat.
