Who Decides War Moves Into Furniture With $10K Chair
The design speaks to the brand’s well-known aesthetic.

Who Decides War, the celebrated NYC fashion label led by Ev Bravado and Téla D’Amore, is officially entering its throne era. The brand just unveiled a new wooden chair that’s part art piece, part home furnishing, and costs $10,000, according to Highsnobiety
Yes, ten thousand big ones…for one chair. But to be fair, this isn't your grandma’s dining room setup. In fact, it's a stained-glass and leather-upholstered masterpiece that feels ripped straight out of a medieval chapel. The same stained-glass motif appears across most of their designs, while the carvings look like ancient scripture that’ll reveal some kind of secret if you analyze it long enough.
Worn by everyone from Cardi B to Regina King at the Met Gala, Who Decides War has been a semifinalist for the 2024 LVMH Prize and finalists for the 2023 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund. It’s become known for putting meaning into everything. This chair is no exception.
“Continuously world building w/ @whodecideswar,” @murderbravado wrote on Instagram. “No long cap, thanks to @emichellnoyola w the assist on this one. Still need a name for this chair, lmk what u think it should be 💭💭💭”

As one commenter put it, “The War Throne” kind of has a ring to it.
