Tyler, the Creator in his movie star era?
Well, yes. We get a glimpse of the Don’t Tap the Glass rapper in his new movie with Timothée Chalamet, Marty Supreme.
Referred to by his government name, Tyler Okonma, we see him in the last few seconds of the trailer with Chalamet riding in a car, teasing him in another scene, and possibly having an argument in the last moments he appears. It’s unknown right now what his character’s name is or how promintely he’ll be featured in the movie.
“MARTY SUPREME BY JOSH SAFDIE. CHRISTMAS,” Tyler posted on X early Wednesday.
“TYLER OKONMA, such a crazy thing to see,” one fan commented on the trailer.
"Feels so good to see ‘Tyler Okonma’ on the cast list, man . We just need the director’s credit now," another one said.
“Tyler and Timothée in a movie together !!!!!!! 2018 me would be absolutely freaking out,” one person shared in the YouTube comments. “The OKRA mention alone when it first dropped was everything.”

CHRISTMAS
As noted in the post above, Josh Sadie is on directing duties for Marty Supreme, a film about ping-pong player Marty Mauser set in the 1950s. Alongside Chalamet and Tyler, the movie also stars Gwyneth Paltrow, Odessa A'zion, Kevin O’Leary, and Fran Drescher.
While Chalamet is inching toward seasoned vet status in film, this is Tyler’s first big-screen role. The “Sticky” artist is best known for co-creating and starring in the Adult Swim series Loiter Squad with his Odd Future crew. He also co-created the Adult Swim animated show The Jellies! as well as the Viceland docuseries Nuts + Bolts.
