The Cast of the Third Season of ‘Euphoria’ Is Only Getting Stranger
Danielle Deadwyler, Natasha Lyonne, Eli Roth, and Trisha Paytas are among the names confirmed for the series, which returns next spring.

What, exactly, is Sam Levinson cooking up for Euphoria Season 3?
We ask this because more new details about who will appear in the new season have come to light, and some of the names have us wide-eyed, while others have us deeply curious about the direction the show is taking.
On Friday morning, the show’s official accounts announced that the third and final season will feature 18 new cast members, including Danielle Deadwyler, Natasha Lyonne, Eli Roth, and, brace yourself, Trisha Paytas.
Yes, the internet personality is officially Euphoria canon now.
To be fair, Deadwyler and Lyonne make total sense. Both can deliver monologues like no one’s business. But Paytas? That’s a curveball even for Levinson. Who could she possibly be playing? A drama teacher? A mom influencer? Rue’s sponsor? The possibilities are endless and slightly terrifying.
The update also confirmed that Dominic Fike and Nika King are back as Elliot (Rue’s guitar-strumming friend) and Leslie Bennett (Rue’s long-suffering mom). King’s return is especially eyebrow-raising, considering her now-viral 2024 stand-up bit about struggling to pay rent during the show’s prolonged hiatus.
“People are like, ‘We need Season 3.’ I'm like, ‘Bitch, I need Season 3’,” she said during her set. “I haven't paid my rent in six months, and Zendaya is over in Paris at Fashion Week. I'm like, ‘Bitch, come home. I need you. Mama need you.’”

Now, she’s back in the plot and on the payroll.
“When they made the announcement in February, I was no longer a part of the cast," King said in a TikTok video celebrating the news. "And then, guess what? The Most High said, 'This one right here? She coming back.”
“God don't play about me," she added. “So, yes, Rue’s mama's back.”
Other new names in the cast include Bella Podaras, Bill Bodner, Cailyn Rice, Colleen Camp, Gideon Adlon, Hemky Madera, Homer Gere, Jack Topalian, Jessica Blair Herman, Kwame Patterson, Madison Thompson, Matthew Willig, Rebecca Pidgeon, and Sam Trammell.
Of course the big names attached to the show, like Zendaya, Hunter Schafer, Jacob Elordi, Sydney Sweeney, Alexa Demie, Maude Apatow, and Colman Domingo, will also be coming back.
The HBO drama will return in spring 2026 with eight new episodes.
