Bad Bunny Calls Puerto Rico Residency His ‘Best Experience in Music, Maybe in Life’
The artist also speaks on his forays into film in an interview set to air later this week.

Bad Bunny is having the time of his life in his homeland.
The superstar sat down with the Today show this week to talk about his forays into acting, but also his ongoing concert residency in Puerto Rico, which has become one of the most talked-about events in music this year.
"This is so far my best experience in music. Maybe in life," he said. "What is happening right now in San Juan in that arena is something magical."

The residency’s been a big deal, with fans from around the world booking flights to San Juan to experience it. Every night, clips from the concerts flood TikTok, with people offering tips on how to snag merch, reels cataloguing celebrity sightings in the crowd, and endless footage of Benito himself commanding the stage. You can’t scroll for more than a few minutes without stumbling across it.
“It’s such a pleasure to show my culture, my country, my land, there, right there in my house,” Bad Bunny said.

In the interview, set to air in full later this week, he also spoke about the shift between performing live and stepping into acting.
"When I’m performing in the stadium, everyone is watching me. When you are in a movie set, it’s very personal," he explained. "It’s like me and the actors. You know that there’s a camera, but sometimes you forget about. I think that’s when you really get into the role and get into the scene and get into the story."
The artist taking a short break from the shows to promote Caught Stealing, his new film alongside Austin Butler and Zoë Kravitz, saying he was anxious about taking the role.
"I could say that I was a little nerve, because I have to show what I can do, and also I need to make this work for everyone," he said. "Like, all people in this room are, like, huge actors. I have to do my best to be at their level."
