Shiloh Hill Buys Bloody Boots on Dark Web, Embarks on Personal Odyssey
Also included: a mysterious VHS tape.

People on the internet are only getting weirder, and wrestler Shiloh Hill’s latest stunt is proof. The 26-year-old’s been documenting his journey buying bloody shoes on the dark web for the last several days, and they’ve finally arrived with a slight surprise included.
According to Hill’s TikTok, he ordered the footwear, a pair of light-brown cowboy boots apparently stained with blood, last week from a site on the dark web called The Shoeman. On the site, the shoes are labeled the Waylon and are tagged as being age 29, though neither Shiloh nor anyone in the comments could confirm what that means. Shiloh panned over various pairs of shoes splattered in blood, including a pair of Converse and yellow flip-flops.
“As most of y‘all know, I ordered some shoes off the dark web, and while I was at work, I got the notification that they just got delivered. I'm headed to the PO box right now to go pick them up,” he says in one video.

Unboxing the shoes, Shiloh says the luminol, a chemical typically used in forensic science to detect blood on surfaces, he ordered is on the way. As the video finishes, a black video tape falls out of one of the shoes.
“I know for sure that tape 100 percent is not the Rugrats in Paris movie,” one TikTok user joked in the comments.
In the latest part of the his “are they boots someone was murdered in?” saga, Shiloh tested the areas of blood with hydrogen peroxide and said they began foaming white residue.
“In regards to the tape, I am going to get a VHS player,” he begins, “so until that stuff comes, we just know they’re dirty boots. I'm really thinking about wearing them to work tonight.”
